About the DCT Mechatronic & TCM's

Mechatronic units and transmission control modules for dual clutch gearboxes — the hydraulic and electronic assembly that selects the gears. The 0AM/0CW (DQ200) makes up most of the range, then the 0GC (DQ381), with the 0B5 (DL501), 0BH/0BT (DQ500), 02E/0D9 (DQ250), 0CK (DL382), 0DD and the Ford DCT250 DPS6 also covered. New, remanufactured and tested units.

Confirm the fault before you buy. Slipping, juddering and gear selection faults can come from a worn clutch pack, a blocked filter or degraded fluid just as readily as from the mechatronic unit, and the fault codes overlap. Some units are special order and B2B only, and several require dealer level diagnostic equipment to complete the adaptation procedure after fitting — ask us before ordering and we will confirm what your gearbox needs.
