About the DCT Service Parts

Filters, fluids and service kits for dual clutch gearboxes — the parts for a scheduled oil and filter change rather than a repair. Filters and fluids account for most of the range, with gasket sets, sump kits and overhaul kits alongside.

Best covered is the 0CK (DL382) S tronic, followed by the 02E/0D9 (DQ250), 0B5 (DL501), 0GC (DQ381) and 0BH/0BT (DQ500), plus the Ford DCT450 and DCT451 Powershift, the 0DD, the 0AM/0CW (DQ200) and the Hyundai and Kia D7GF1 and D7UF1. Fluids are OE specification from Ravenol, Millers, Valvoline and Liqui Moly, with VAICO and OE filters and our own service kits assembled at Arlesey.

Fluid choice matters. Dry clutch and wet clutch boxes take different oils, and a mechatronic unit takes a different fluid again from the gearbox itself. If you are unsure which box you have, send us your registration and we will confirm it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What DSG and DCT parts do you stock? +
We stock a comprehensive range including mechatronics, clutch packs, flywheel modules, sensors, solenoids, service kits, oil and filter sets. We cover all major units from VAG 0AM DQ200 and 02E DQ250 to Ford Powershift DCT450 and DCT250.
How do I know if my DSG or DCT needs attention? +
Common signs include jerky gear changes, hesitation when pulling away, slipping between gears, fault codes (especially P17 and P18 codes on VAG units), warning lights, and unusual noises. A DSG service including oil and filter change is typically recommended every 40,000 miles or 4 years.
Do you stock mechatronic units? +
Yes — we stock new, remanufactured and tested mechatronic units for a wide range of DSG and DCT gearboxes. Our mechatronics come tested and ready to fit. Please note that some units are available on a special order, B2B basis only, and certain models require dealer-level diagnostic equipment to complete the adaptation procedure after fitment — our team can advise on this at the point of enquiry. Contact us to identify the correct unit for your gearbox code.
What is the difference between OEM, remanufactured and aftermarket DSG parts? +
OEM parts are made by the original manufacturer at the highest price. Remanufactured units are professionally rebuilt to OEM specification at a reduced cost. Aftermarket parts are brand-new alternatives made to equivalent standards — ideal for budget-conscious builds.
Can you help identify my DSG or DCT gearbox type? +
Yes — our team can help you identify your gearbox from the code stamped on the unit, your vehicle VIN, or your registration. Contact us with your vehicle details and we will confirm the correct gearbox code and suitable parts.
How quickly can you dispatch DSG and DCT parts? +
Most items are dispatched next working day from our UK facility. We offer next-day delivery on qualifying orders placed before our daily cut-off. Contact us to confirm stock availability on specific items.
Do your DSG and DCT parts come with a warranty? +
Yes — all parts come with a standard warranty. Remanufactured and new mechatronics carry extended warranties. Full warranty details are listed on individual product pages.
Can I order DSG oil and a filter alongside other parts? +
Absolutely — we stock DSG and DCT service kits that include oil and filter together, as well as selling them separately. Combining your order means one delivery and one convenient cost.
