About the DSG Service Parts

Everything needed for a scheduled DSG oil and filter service, rather than a repair. Fluids and filters make up almost the whole range, with gasket sets, sump kits and overhaul kits alongside them.

Best covered is the 0CK (DL382) S tronic, followed by the 02E/0D9 (DQ250), 0B5 (DL501), 0BH/0BT (DQ500), 0GC (DQ381) and 0DD, plus the Ford DCT450 and DCT451 Powershift and the Hyundai and Kia D7GF1 and D7UF1. Fluids are OE specification from Ravenol, Millers, Valvoline and Liqui Moly, with VAICO filters, VAG genuine parts and our own service kits assembled at Arlesey.

Use the right fluid. Dry clutch and wet clutch DSGs take different oils, and a mechatronic unit takes a different fluid again from the gearbox itself. If you are unsure which box you have, send us your registration and we will confirm it before you order.

Please note that some units are available on a special order, B2B basis only, and certain models require dealer-level diagnostic equipment to complete the adaptation procedure after fitment — our team can advise on this at the point of enquiry.
