Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.
Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland
Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. This kit renews the Generation 1 filter along with its rubber seals and fixing screws, protecting the Haldex pump from the metal fragments and debris that a tired filter can no longer trap. The filter and oil change is an easy service item to overlook, but neglecting it is one of the most common causes of Haldex pump and coupling failure on these cars.

What's the recommended service interval for the Haldex filter?
We recommend changing the Haldex oil and filter every 20,000 miles. If the S60's service history is unknown, an earlier change is the safer option before the pump has a chance to wear.
What happens if the filter change is skipped?
A blocked filter restricts oil flow through the Haldex unit, forcing the pump to work harder than it should. Left unaddressed, this leads to premature pump failure and eventually a total loss of AWD function.
