UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. Haldex Generation 5 Pump Kit With Febi Bilstein Oil

The Haldex pump provides the oil pressure to operate the all-wheel-drive system and engages the coupling to send power to the rear wheels. This part is prone to failure on higher-mileage vehicles or when regular maintenance is neglected.

When the Haldex pump fails you may experience loss of power to the rear wheels, reduced traction and grip. Replacing the hydraulic pump restores full AWD system function.

What does the Haldex pump do?

The Haldex pump generates hydraulic pressure to engage the rear-axle coupling, transferring drive to the rear wheels when slip is detected at the front. Without it, the AWD system is inoperative.

How do I know if my Haldex pump has failed?

Common signs include loss of rear-wheel drive, reduced traction on slippery surfaces, and AWD warning lights on the dashboard. Diagnostic codes related to Haldex pressure are also a strong indicator.

Does the Gen 5 pump need programming after fitting?

Yes — the Generation 5 Haldex pump requires a learn procedure using compatible diagnostic equipment. Please confirm your scan tool supports this before ordering.
