UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. What is the Corteco 12015555B seal used for?

This is a differential shaft seal used on the output shaft of the gearbox differential unit. It prevents gear oil escaping from the transmission casing where the driveshafts exit.

What does ACM material mean for a shaft seal?

ACM (polyacrylate) is a synthetic elastomer with excellent heat and oil resistance, making it the standard material for gearbox and differential shaft seals operating in temperatures up to 150 °C.

What does the alternating twist (swirl) feature do?

The alternating swirl pattern on the seal lip actively pumps any oil that reaches the seal back into the housing as the shaft rotates, providing an extra barrier against leakage.
