Delivery and Shipping
UK delivery — parts we hold in stock
Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days.
Parts supplied from our European supplier
A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.
Collection from Arlesey
Click and collect is available on parts we physically hold. If an item has to come in from our supplier it cannot be collected, and checkout will tell you so before you pay.
International
3–5 working days once dispatched. Any customs charges or excise duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

DSG 02E / 0D9 DQ250 Mechatronic Cover Plate & Gasket – Audi / SEAT / Skoda / VW
This mechatronic unit cover plate with pan gasket (OEM refs: 02E325201D / 02E32137E) is a direct replacement for the VW Group 02E/0D9 DQ250 6-speed wet dual-clutch DSG gearbox. The cover plate seals the front face of the mechatronic unit, preventing oil leakage and maintaining correct hydraulic pressure to the solenoids and control circuits. A leaking or cracked cover plate leads to oil loss, solenoid contamination, and DSG fault codes.
Kit contains:
- Mechatronic plate cover (02E 325 201 D / 02E325201D)
- Pan gasket (02E 321 37 E / 02E32137E)
Gearbox: 02E / 0D9 DQ250 (6-Speed Wet DSG)
Fits: Audi A3, Q3, TT · SEAT Alhambra, Altea, Leon, Toledo · Skoda Octavia, Superb, Yeti · VW Beetle, Caddy, CC, Eos, Golf, Jetta, Passat, Scirocco, Sharan, Tiguan, Touran
What does the mechatronic cover plate do?
The mechatronic cover plate forms the front sealing face of the mechatronic unit — the combined hydraulic and electronic control module for the DSG gearbox. A damaged or leaking cover plate allows ATF oil to escape and contaminates the electronics.
What is the difference between the 02E and 0D9 gearbox?
The 0D9 is the longitudinal version of the same DQ250 platform used in some Audi applications. Both use the same mechatronic cover plate assembly.
Do I need to replace both the cover plate and gasket?
Yes — the gasket seals between the cover plate and the mechatronic body. Always replace both together for a leak-free repair.
What are the OE part numbers for this kit?
Cover plate: 02E 325 201 D (02E325201D). Pan gasket: 02E 321 37 E (02E32137E). These are VW Group OEM references.
Is this suitable for the DQ500 7-speed DSG?
No — the DQ500 uses a different mechatronic unit. This part is specific to the 02E/0D9 DQ250 6-speed. Verify your gearbox code before ordering.
