Mechatronic Oil G004000M2 – 1L for VW Audi Skoda SEAT 7-Speed DSG DQ200 0AM
This specialist mechatronic fluid is designed specifically for use in DQ200 0AM/0CW 7-speed dry clutch DSG gearboxes found in a wide range of Volkswagen Group vehicles. It meets OE specification G004000M2 and is essential for protecting the transmission control unit (TCU). This fluid contains reduced sulfur content to prevent TCU damage – using incorrect fluids may cause component failure.

Important: This oil is only for the DQ200 0AM/0CW dry clutch system. Not suitable for wet clutch DSG systems (e.g. DQ250, DQ381).
What is G004000M2 fluid used for?
G004000M2 is the OE-specified mechatronic (TCU) fluid for the VW Group DQ200 7-speed dry clutch DSG gearbox. It lubricates and protects the mechatronic unit's internal components.
Can I use other transmission fluids in the DQ200 mechatronic?
No. Using incorrect fluid can cause permanent damage to the TCU. Always use G004000M2-specification fluid in the 0AM/0CW mechatronic unit.
What VW Group cars use the DQ200 gearbox?
The DQ200 (0AM/0CW) is widely used in VW Golf, Polo, Audi A3, Seat Leon, Skoda Octavia, and related models with 7-speed DSG. Check your gearbox code to confirm.
