This is a genuine Haldex Generation 2/3 oil pump for the AWD coupling fitted to VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda all-wheel-drive models. The pump pressurises the coupling to control torque split between the front and rear axles; when it wears or fails, expect reduced AWD performance, Haldex-related fault codes, and — left unaddressed — full coupling failure.
