Audi R8 Gen 5 Haldex Pump — AWD Coupling 0D4906271A (S-TEC)
The Haldex pump generates the hydraulic pressure that engages the rear coupling on Gen 5 Haldex all-wheel-drive systems, feeding drive to the rear axle. On higher-mileage R8s — especially where routine Haldex servicing has lapsed — the pump's internals can wear or fail, cutting rear-wheel drive and reducing traction. Typical warning signs include fault codes P16671, P16670 and P16668, a blocked filter gauze, or complete pump failure; you may see some, but not necessarily all, of these depending on the extent of internal wear.
This listing is supplied as a S-TEC-boxed unit — genuine Haldex original-equipment specification — built to the same fit, form and function as the pump originally fitted at the factory.
This listing is the S-TEC-supplied unit. Also available as ET2327-BW (BorgWarner).
