UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Parts supplied from our European supplier

A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

Millers NANODRIVE MTF 75W-80 M32 Gearbox Oil & Liqui Moly Cleaner Service Kit – Vauxhall & Opel (Pre 2012)

A thorough M32 service kit for pre-2012 Vauxhall/Opel models, pairing Millers EE Performance NANODRIVE MTF 75W-80 with Liqui Moly Transmission Cleaner. The cleaner flushes degraded oil and metallic wear particles before the fresh NANODRIVE oil is added, giving the advanced nano-particle formulation a clean environment to work in from the start.

Kit includes:

3 Litres of Millers EE Performance NANODRIVE MTF 75W-80 fully synthetic manual gearbox oil
150 ml of Liqui Moly Transmission Cleaner

Fits transmission: Vauxhall/Opel M32 6-speed manual gearbox (pre-2012 build date)

Why add a cleaner before using the Millers NANODRIVE oil?

The M32 gearbox sheds fine metallic particles as its bearings wear. Running the cleaner through the old oil before draining removes these particles before the fresh oil is added.

Do I need to flush the gearbox if the oil is being changed on schedule?

If the oil is being changed on a regular schedule and the gearbox is not showing symptoms, a flush is optional but beneficial. If the service is overdue, or if the drained oil is dark, discoloured or contains visible metallic particles, flushing before adding fresh oil is strongly recommended.

How does the cleaner work with the M32 gearbox?

Add the 150 ml of Liqui Moly Transmission Cleaner to the old gearbox oil and use it as directed on the pack, then drain the old oil and cleaner mixture completely. Refill with the Millers NANODRIVE MTF 75W-80 from this kit.
