Audi DL382 0CK Automatic Transmission Internal Hydraulic Suction Filter 0CK325421A
The internal hydraulic suction filter for the Audi DL382 0CK 7-speed automatic dual-clutch transmission. This filter is mounted internally in the gearbox and filters the oil before it reaches the hydraulic pump. A blocked or worn filter reduces oil flow, causing pressure faults, erratic gear selection and transmission overheating. The filter should be replaced as standard during any DL382 0CK oil service or internal repair.

What happens if the DL382 0CK internal filter is not replaced?
A clogged internal suction filter restricts oil flow to the hydraulic circuit, starving the pump of oil and causing under-pressure faults. This leads to erratic gear selection, limp mode, and — in severe cases — transmission overheating and irreversible damage. The filter is a cheap but critical service part.
How often should the DL382 0CK internal filter be changed?
Audi recommend filter replacement as part of the DL382 transmission fluid service. This is typically performed every 60,000–80,000 miles or whenever the transmission is opened for internal work. Do not reuse a used filter.
