UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

RAVENOL DCT-HV Fluid – 4 Litre (1212106-004)

Genuine RAVENOL DCT-HV Fluid: a synthetic dual clutch transmission (DCT) fluid, made in Germany and supplied to us by RAVENOL UK. It is based on high-quality hydrocrack oils with PAO components and a special additive package, giving good lubrication in extreme summer heat and at low winter temperatures, and almost slip-free running - less torque loss, less wear, a longer transmission life and better fuel economy.

RAVENOL has renamed this oil DCT-HV. The item number (1212106) and the oil itself are unchanged, so you may also know it by its earlier name.

Dual clutch transmissions of several makers, such as VW / Audi, Ford, Volvo, Chrysler, Dodge and Mitsubishi
