About the DCT450/MPS6 Powershift

The DCT450 / MPS6 (6DCT450) is a six-speed wet dual-clutch Powershift gearbox, fitted to Ford and Volvo models. Eco Torque stocks the parts to service or rebuild one: reconditioned valve bodies and solenoids, wet-clutch spacer and positioning-ring kits, shift-fork piston and selector-fork sets, speed sensors, input-shaft bearings, internal, external and hydraulic filters, gasket and seal overhaul kits and the correct Powershift oil.

The common issue is wet-clutch pack failure, mechatronic hydraulic-pressure loss and jerky shifts or banging into gear.
