Steel separator plate for the Audi DL501 / 0B5 S-Tronic 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, K1 clutch pack (217mm). This individual steel plate is 2.5mm thick and is used when rebuilding or replacing the K1 clutch pack. Fits Audi quattro models equipped with the DL501 longitudinal dual-clutch unit.

What is the DL501 / 0B5 gearbox?

The DL501 is Audi’s longitudinally-mounted 7-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch automatic for quattro all-wheel-drive models. The K1 pack handles odd gears (1, 3, 5, 7 and reverse) and uses 217mm diameter steel plates.

Why is the plate thickness important?

Pack clearance is critical for proper clutch engagement. The 2.5mm plate is used for specific clearance tolerances. Always measure and verify plate thickness specification before ordering.

Can I order a full clutch pack kit instead?
