Vauxhall Agila / Suzuki Swift Gearshift Control Ball – 9208155
This is the genuine OE gearshift control ball (part number 9208155) for the Vauxhall Agila and Suzuki Swift equipped with the K10B or K12B 5-speed manual gearbox. The gearshift control ball locates the gearchange mechanism, and wear or loss of this ball causes imprecise, notchy, or incorrectly positioned gear selection. Supplied as a single ball; includes x1 locking ball.

What does the gearshift control ball do?
The control ball sits within the gear selector mechanism and provides a positive location point for the gear lever. When it wears or falls out, the gear change feels imprecise and the lever may not return correctly to the neutral position between gears.
Is 9203184 the same as 9208155?
Yes. 9208155 is a later Vauxhall part number that superseded 9203184. Both refer to the same gearshift control ball. The Suzuki references 2541570C01 and 0611112004 are the equivalent numbers for the Swift application.
Do I need any special tools to fit this ball?
Fitting is straightforward on most K10B/K12B applications. The ball locates into a pocket in the gear lever mechanism and is retained by the selector assembly. Refer to the workshop manual for the specific procedure on your vehicle.
Does this fit all Suzuki Swift models?
