VAICO 8HP75 Gearbox Sump Pan Service Kit – Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Dodge & RAM
A complete sump service kit for the ZF 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission. It renews the oil pan, filter, sump gasket, drain plug and fixing bolts in a single job — everything needed for a clean transmission fluid and filter change. Suits Jeep Grand Cherokee, Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio, and Dodge RAM 2500 and RAM 1500 models fitted with the 8HP75 gearbox.
Kit includes:
- Transmission oil sump pan
- Integrated transmission filter
- Sump pan gasket / seal
- Drain plug
- Sump pan bolt set
Fits transmission: ZF 8HP75 (GA8HP family) 8-speed automatic.
Recommended service interval: every 80,000 km or 5 years.

How often should the 8HP75 be serviced?
VAICO recommends a fluid and filter change roughly every 80,000 km or 5 years to keep the transmission shifting smoothly.
Do I need to replace the bolts and drain plug?
Yes — fresh bolts and a new drain plug are included because the originals are best replaced once removed to ensure a reliable, leak-free seal.
