VAICO ZF 6HP26 / 6HP28 / 6HP32 Automatic Gearbox Sump Pan & Filter Service Kit – BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover & More

A complete VAICO EXPERT KITS+ service kit for the ZF 6HP26, 6HP28 and 6HP32 six-speed automatic transmission. It supplies a new transmission oil sump pan with an integrated spin-on filter, the matching sump pan gasket and a full set of mounting bolts – everything needed to renew the filter and reseal the pan during an oil service. Regular servicing of the ZF 6HP box helps prevent harsh or delayed shifts, slipping and the gearbox going into limp mode. Supplied without oil.

Kit includes:

  • Transmission oil sump pan with integrated spin-on filter
  • Sump pan gasket / seal
  • Drain plug
  • Matching mounting bolt & screw set

Does this kit come with transmission oil?

No. This kit contains the sump pan, integrated filter, gasket and bolts only. You will need to order ZF-spec 6HP automatic transmission fluid separately – we stock the correct Ravenol ATF 6HP.

Why does the ZF 6HP need a filter and sump service?

Over time the transmission fluid degrades and debris collects in the pan and filter. A fluid and filter service restores smooth shifting and helps avoid expensive mechatronic and clutch wear.

How much oil will I need?

A typical 6HP fluid and filter service uses around 7–9 litres depending on the application. Confirm the exact quantity for your vehicle before starting.

Will this fix harsh or delayed shifting?

A fluid and filter service often improves shift quality where neglected fluid is the cause. Persistent faults can indicate mechatronic or clutch issues – contact us if you are unsure.
