UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Parts supplied from our European supplier

A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

Click and collect is available on parts we physically hold. If an item has to come in from our supplier it cannot be collected, and checkout will tell you so before you pay.

International

Postage is calculated at checkout from the weight and destination. Where both are available you can choose DHL Economy Select or the faster DHL Express Worldwide. Any customs charges or excise duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
