Delivery and Shipping
UK delivery — parts we hold in stock
Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days.
Parts supplied from our European supplier
A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.
Collection from Arlesey
Click and collect is available on parts we physically hold. If an item has to come in from our supplier it cannot be collected, and checkout will tell you so before you pay.
International
3–5 working days once dispatched. Any customs charges or excise duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

A complete repair kit for the reverse selector fork slider bearing fault on the Volkswagen Group 0AM (DQ200) 7-speed dry dual-clutch gearbox, bundled with 2 litres of Millers 75W manual gearbox oil. Important: This repair must only be carried out by a qualified and experienced DSG transmission technician.
What causes the reverse gear fault on the 0AM DQ200 gearbox?
The reverse selector fork slider bearing in the 0AM DQ200 wears or collapses, preventing the selector fork from moving cleanly into the reverse gear position. This causes grinding when selecting reverse and eventually complete loss of reverse gear engagement.
What fault codes are associated with this fault?
Common fault codes include 06293 (function restriction due to pressure drop) and 01851 (stuck in gear 6). Other symptoms include a flashing PRNDS display, a P-PRNDS warning, and complete loss of reverse or 6th gear.
Why does the kit include input shaft seals?
When the 0AM DQ200 reverse mechanism is accessed for repair, the input shaft seals are typically disturbed or leak due to their age and the repair access required. Replacing them as part of the repair kit ensures a complete, leak-free result and prevents a return visit for a seal failure.
Does this kit fix the fault permanently?
Yes — replacing the reverse selector fork slider bearing with the correct component eliminates the mechanical root cause of the fault. Combined with the new seals and end cap, this is a permanent repair, not a temporary fix.
Will I need to recode the DSG gearbox after this repair?
After mechanical repairs to the 0AM DQ200, the gearbox should be adaptation reset using VW/Audi diagnostic equipment (VCDS or ODIS). This allows the mechatronic unit to relearn the clutch contact points and ensures correct gearbox behaviour after reassembly.
Why Choose Eco Torque?
As specialists in gearbox rebuilds and repairs, Eco Torque takes pride in offering genuine gearbox parts, high-quality aftermarket alternatives and competitive pricing.
