Delivery and Shipping
UK delivery — parts we hold in stock
Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days.
Parts supplied from our European supplier
A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.
Collection from Arlesey
Click and collect is available on parts we physically hold. If an item has to come in from our supplier it cannot be collected, and checkout will tell you so before you pay.
International
3–5 working days once dispatched. Any customs charges or excise duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

What causes the DSG reverse selector fork bearing to fail?
The reverse selector fork slider bearing wears due to normal use and heat cycling. When it fails, metal particles contaminate the gearbox oil, causing grinding noises in reverse and fault codes P06293, P17BF00 or similar.
What symptoms indicate a failing reverse selector fork bearing?
Common symptoms include grinding when selecting reverse, complete loss of reverse gear, a flashing PRND display, and DTC fault code 06293 (function restriction due to pressure drop).
Why is Ravenol oil included in this kit?
Ravenol MTF-2 75W is the correct specification gearbox oil for the DQ200 0AM transmission. Changing the oil at the same time as the bearings removes contamination and protects the new components.
Does this kit fit the 0AM and DQ200 gearbox?
Yes — the 0AM DQ200 is Volkswagen Group's 7-speed dry dual clutch transmission used across Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen models from 2008 onwards.
Do the input shaft seals need replacing at the same time?
Yes. Once the gearbox is open for the bearing replacement, fitting new input shaft seals prevents future oil leaks and is considered best practice by most transmission specialists.
Why Choose Eco Torque?
As specialists in gearbox rebuilds and repairs, Eco Torque takes pride in offering genuine gearbox parts, high-quality aftermarket alternatives and competitive pricing.
