Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days.

Parts supplied from our European supplier

A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

Click and collect is available on parts we physically hold. If an item has to come in from our supplier it cannot be collected, and checkout will tell you so before you pay.

3–5 working days once dispatched. Any customs charges or excise duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
