About the Mondeo

The Ford Mondeo was a large family car – saloon, hatchback and estate – built from 1993 until 2022 and a mainstay of the UK fleet and repair trade. Eco Torque carries one of its broadest transmission ranges, spanning both manual and automatic: Powershift (6DCT450/MPS6 and Gen 2 6DCT451) dual-clutch parts such as clutches, selector forks, bearings, sensors, gaskets and seals; MTX75 and IB5 manual gearbox bearing and seal rebuild kits; plus dual-mass flywheels, clutch kits, loose bearings and the correct transmission fluid.

Over its life the Mondeo used Ford’s MTX75 and IB5 five-speed manuals and, on later diesels and petrols, the wet-clutch Powershift dual-clutch automatic (6DCT450/MPS6 and Gen 2 6DCT451).
