Audi 0CK DL382 Transmission Service Kit – Filter, Cover & Dual Ravenol Oil
A full dual-section service kit for the 0CK DL382 7-speed wet-clutch automatic, including both the front hydraulic filter and cover assembly and Ravenol 70W oil for the rear section. This variant does not include the sump pan gasket, making it suitable for vehicles where the gasket has already been replaced or is not required.
Kit includes:
- Hengst hydraulic filter & pan assembly (1212106004)
- Mahle/Mann secondary filter (T312941A)
- Transmission filter cover (0CK325201D)
- Ravenol DSG/DCT fluid (front section, 4L)
- Ravenol MTF-4 70W gear oil (rear section, 4L)
Fits transmission: DL382 / 0CK 7-speed wet-clutch automatic
Compatible vehicles: Audi A4 (B8/B9), A5 (8T/F5), A6 (C7), A7, Q5 (8R/FY) — 2013 onwards
How does ETB2940H differ from ETB2940F?
ETB2940H includes the same filter, DCT oil, and 70W rear oil as ETB2940F but omits the sump pan gasket (0CK321371A). It is the right choice when the gasket is being reused or was recently replaced.
Can the DL382 sump gasket be reused?
In some cases yes, if it is undamaged and the pan is not being replaced. If in doubt, always fit a new gasket — ETB2940E or ETB2940F include the gasket if required.
What is the correct fill volume for the 0CK DL382?
Front hydraulic section: approximately 4 litres of DSG/DCT fluid. Rear mechanical section: approximately 4 litres of 70W gear oil. Always check actual fill level via the drain plug, as exact volumes vary by model year.
Is this kit suitable for all DL382 variants?
This kit fits the standard 0CK DL382 as fitted to Audi A4, A5, A6, A7 and Q5 from 2013 onwards. For other applications or for the 0CL/0CN variants, please confirm the transmission code before ordering.
