0AM DQ200 DSG Mechatronic Pressure Pump Seal – Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen
This pressure pump seal provides a hydraulic connection between the valve body and the TCU on the 0AM / 0CW DQ200 7-speed DSG mechatronic unit. One seal is required per mechatronic unit. A worn or cracked seal can cause loss of hydraulic pressure, leading to poor gear engagement, jerky changes, or complete loss of drive.
Fits transmission: 0AM / 0CW DQ200 7-speed DSG dual-clutch gearbox
Quantity required per mechatronic: 1

What is the pressure pump seal and where does it sit?
The pressure pump seal seals the connection at the pressure pump outlet where the valve body meets the TCU housing. It maintains the hydraulic pressure required for accurate clutch actuation in the 0AM / 0CW DSG mechatronic unit.
How many pressure pump seals does the 0AM mechatronic need?
One seal per mechatronic unit. Unlike the solenoid seal (two required), the pressure pump connection uses a single seal at the pump port.
What faults can a failed pressure pump seal cause?
A failed seal causes hydraulic pressure loss at the pump connection, which can manifest as erratic gear changes, a failure to select gears under load, warning lights, or fault codes related to hydraulic pressure regulation.
Does this fit both the 0AM and 0CW gearbox codes?
Yes — this seal is compatible with both the 0AM and the revised 0CW DQ200 7-speed DSG applications as found across the Audi, SEAT, Skoda, and Volkswagen model ranges.
Should I replace other seals at the same time?
During a full mechatronic overhaul, best practice is to replace all three seal types — the pressure pump seal, solenoid seals (x2), and TCU gaskets (x2) — together with fresh mechatronic fluid. Eco Torque stocks all items individually or as part of a full rebuild kit.
Why Choose Eco Torque?
As specialists in gearbox rebuilds and repairs, Eco Torque takes pride in offering genuine gearbox parts, high-quality aftermarket alternatives and competitive pricing.
