UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

Reconditioned Valve Body for Ford Powershift DCT450 MPS6 (Up to 2015)

This reconditioned valve body and solenoids is designed for the Ford Powershift DCT450 MPS6 transmission built up to 2015. This is the Gen 1 Powershift valve body and is a direct replacement for the original unit. Each unit is professionally reconditioned and tested to ensure correct solenoid operation.

Fitment Details:

Compatible with valve body number: 7M5R-7H035-CA (must match your existing unit to avoid operational issues).
Does NOT fit 2015+ models (GEN 2).
Requires standard adaptation procedures upon installation.

Common Ford Powershift Transmission Problems

If you are experiencing hesitation, shuddering, fault codes P17F0, P17F1, or other clutch-related codes, the valve body and solenoids are often the root cause. Replacing the valve body is a more economical solution than a full gearbox replacement.
