About the DCT250/DPS6 Powershift

The DCT250 / DPS6 (6DCT250) is a six-speed dry dual-clutch Powershift gearbox, fitted to Ford models such as the Fiesta and Focus. Eco Torque stocks the parts to service or rebuild one: genuine transmission control modules (TCM), clutch actuators, speed sensors, updated input-shaft and clutch guide-tube seals, rebuild and overhaul seal kits and the correct transmission oil.

The common issue is jerky gear changes, complete loss of drive and excessive revving with delayed shifts — often traced to TCM failure.
