Steel separator plate for the Audi DL501 / 0B5 S-Tronic 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, K2 clutch pack (157mm). This individual steel plate is 1.95mm thick and is used when rebuilding or replacing the K2 clutch pack. Fits Audi quattro models equipped with the DL501 longitudinal dual-clutch unit.

What is K2 in the DL501 gearbox?

K2 is the smaller clutch pack (157mm diameter) handling even gears (2, 4 and 6). K1 is the larger pack (217mm) handling odd gears (1, 3, 5, 7 and reverse). Do not mix up K1 and K2 plates — they are different diameters.

Why is the plate thickness important?

Pack clearance is critical for proper clutch engagement. The 1.95mm plate is the thinnest K2 option. Always measure and verify before ordering.
