How often should I change my manual gearbox oil?

Most manufacturers recommend changing manual transmission fluid every 30,000–60,000 miles, or sooner in high-performance or towing applications. Refer to your vehicle’s service schedule. For many VAG, Ford, BMW, and Fiat gearboxes specifying MTF-3 75W, this is the correct service interval fluid.
