0AM DQ200 DSG Mechatronic Hydraulic Pump Seal – Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen

This high-pressure hydraulic pump seal fits the internal pump assembly inside the 0AM / 0CW DQ200 7-speed DSG mechatronic unit. Two seals are required per pump. Deterioration of these seals causes loss of hydraulic pressure at the pump, resulting in poor or no gear engagement and stored fault codes related to clutch or pressure circuit faults.

The hydraulic pump inside the 0AM / 0CW mechatronic unit uses two high-pressure seals to maintain the internal pressure required to operate the dual-clutch system. When these seals wear, hydraulic pressure drops, causing clutch slip, reluctant engagement, or complete drive loss.

How many hydraulic pump seals are needed?

Two seals are required per pump / mechatronic unit. Always replace both at the same time to maintain balanced pressure within the pump assembly.

What fault codes are associated with a failed hydraulic pump seal?

Common fault codes include P17BF (hydraulic pressure too low), P189C (pressure regulator solenoid circuit), and various clutch-pack pressure faults. These may accompany jerky gear changes or complete loss of drive.
