02Z 4th Gear Repair Kit (32T/27T) – VW Transporter, Multivan & California
This is the 02Z 4th Speed Gear Repair Kit containing both the 32T and 27T gears for the VW 02Z 5-speed manual gearbox. OE references: 02A311145BP (27T) and 02A311351BB (32T). Replacing both gears together as a matched pair is the correct workshop approach for 4th gear noise or jump-out issues.

Why should I replace both 4th gears at the same time?
The 32T and 27T gears are a meshed pair and wear together. Replacing only one gear against a worn counterpart will cause rapid damage to the new part. A matched kit replacement gives the most reliable, long-lasting repair.
