Comprehensive master repair kit for the 2nd gear assembly of the F40 6-speed manual gearbox. Supplied as a complete kit to ensure all wearing components are replaced in a single job.
Kit Contents
- F40 Transmission 2nd Gear — 53 tooth (output shaft side)
- Replacement selector fork
- 1st/2nd synchro hub
- 1st/2nd synchromesh rings
- Bolt set
- O-ring for selector turret
- Inner needle bearing for 2nd gear
- Circlips
- New drain bolt
Important Note: There is no universal reference system for the F40 gearbox. Customers must pre-check and cross-reference tooth count and selection tooth pitch angle before ordering to confirm compatibility.
