UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Parts supplied from our European supplier

A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. They normally dispatch within 7–10 working days, and are then sent on by express courier like anything else. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

Matched 3rd speed gear pair (32T + 31T) for the MT-75 5-speed manual gearbox. OEM references: 988T-7M003-CA / 1058901 (32T) and 988T-7B281-DA (31T). Suitable for Ford Transit, LDV Convoy and Mazda BT-50 applications. Supplied as a matched pair for complete 3rd gear renewal.

Kit includes:

  • 1× 3rd Speed Gear 32T (OEM: 988T-7M003-CA / 1058901) — 10 × 12 × 4 cm, 750 g
  • 1× 3rd Speed Gear 31T (OEM: 988T-7B281-DA) — 10 × 12 × 4 cm, 550 g

Gearbox: MT-75 (5 Speed)

Fits: Ford Transit (2000–2013)

Why replace both 3rd gears together?

When one 3rd gear fails, the mating gear is typically also worn. Replacing both gears together ensures correct tooth mesh, reduced noise and a longer-lasting repair.

What OEM references does this kit cover?

The 32T gear replaces OEM references 988T-7M003-CA / 1058901. The 31T gear replaces OEM reference 988T-7B281-DA.

Can I fit just one of the 3rd gears if only one is damaged?

While it is possible, fitting a new gear against a worn mating gear accelerates wear and often leads to noise. Replacing both as a pair is strongly recommended.

Does this fit LDV Convoy and Mazda BT-50 as well?

Yes — the MT-75 gearbox is shared across Ford Transit, LDV Convoy and Mazda BT-50 platforms. This gear pair is compatible with all MT-75-equipped models.

Is the 3rd synchroniser hub included?

No — the synchroniser hub is not included in this kit. We recommend inspecting the hub and rings at the same time and replacing if worn. Contact us for synchroniser parts.
