Ford Haldex

Ford's all-wheel-drive cars and vans drive the rear axle through a Haldex coupling, and Eco Torque stocks parts for all three generations Ford has used. The Kuga runs either the Gen 3 pump 8V41-4C019-AA / 30783079 with filter kit 8V41-4A319-AA / 30787687, or the Gen 4 pump 1589740 / 9V4N-4C019-AA with filter 9V4N 4A319 AA. The AWD Transit runs Gen 5, on BK3V-4C109-AB and EJ32-4C019-AA / 2274601.

Kuga owners, read this first: BorgWarner list the Kuga against both the Gen 3 and the Gen 4 pump across the same production run — the split is by engine, not by build date — so identify the coupling by the number on the pump, never by the registration year. A useful tip on Ford numbers: 4C019 means a pump and 4A319 means a filter, so two nearly identical numbers are completely different parts.
