Corteco Camshaft Seal 12012411B – 30x52x7mm Engine
The Corteco 12012411B is an ACM rubber camshaft seal for engine applications. With a 30mm inner diameter, 52mm outer diameter, and 7mm height, this right-hand twist seal prevents oil loss around the camshaft. It is an OE-equivalent replacement for Alfa Romeo, Autobianchi, Citroën, Fiat, Innocenti, Lancia, Peugeot, and Zastava applications.

What causes a camshaft seal to fail?
Age, heat cycling, and oil degradation can harden and crack the seal lip over time. A failed seal will leak engine oil from the front or rear of the cylinder head.
What happens if I ignore a camshaft seal leak?
Oil leaking onto hot exhaust components creates a fire risk and burning smell. It can also lead to low oil level, which may damage the camshaft and bearings.
Is this the same seal as Corteco 82012411?
Yes — 82012411 is the older Corteco part number; 12012411B is the current product that supersedes it. They are the same seal.
Can this seal be fitted without removing the camshaft?
In most cases the cam sprocket must be removed to access the seal, but the camshaft itself does not need to come out. A seal puller and driver tool are recommended.
