A complete transmission service kit for the DL382 (0CK) 7-speed wet-clutch automatic gearbox, as fitted to Audi A4, A5, A6, A7 and Q5. Includes the hydraulic filter assembly, sump pan gasket, oil seal ring, and Ravenol DSG/DCT fluid for a full front-section service.

Kit includes:

  • Hengst hydraulic filter & pan assembly (1212106004)
  • Mahle/Mann secondary filter (T312941A)
  • Transmission sump gasket (0CK325201D)
  • Oil seal / O-ring (0CK321371A)
  • Ravenol DSG/DCT fluid (front section)

Fits transmission: DL382 / 0CK 7-speed wet-clutch automatic

Compatible vehicles (front section service): Audi A4 (B8/B9), A5 (8T/F5), A6 (C7), A7, Q5 (8R/FY) — 2013 onwards

What is included in the 0CK DL382 front section service?

The front section service covers the hydraulic circuit — replacing the filter assembly, sump pan gasket, oil seal, and refilling with fresh DCT fluid. Audi recommends this service every 40,000 miles or when shifting quality deteriorates.

Why does the DL382 have two service sections?

The 0CK DL382 has separate fluid circuits for the front hydraulic section and the rear mechanical section (clutch/gear sets). Each uses a different oil specification and requires separate servicing. This kit covers the front section only.

What is the correct oil for the 0CK front section?

The front hydraulic circuit requires DSG/DCT fluid. This kit includes Ravenol DSG/DCT fluid, which meets the required specification for the DL382 front circuit.

How do I know if my DL382 needs a service?

Common signs include hesitation on pull-away, harsh gear changes, overheating warnings, or fault codes related to shift quality. Regular servicing at the manufacturer’s recommended interval prevents most of these issues.
