This 0AM DSG mechatronic unit includes a Transmission Control Unit (TCU) that is pre-programmed* to your vehicle. Suitable for DQ200 7-speed dry clutch gearboxes, used in a range of Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, and SEAT models.
Important Information:
- Trade only product – available exclusively to UK-registered business addresses
- * We can preload the vehicle software for 0AM versions. 0CW versions require cloning and customers must send their TCU to us before we are able to dispatch the unit.
- Pre-programmed relates to the core vehicle software to enable communication to the unit. This is not basic settings, which can only be done on the vehicle with diagnostic equipment.
What We Need From You:
- VIN
- Hardware number (e.g., 0AM927769D – found on the TCU or via diagnostics)
- Software number (via diagnostic tools)
- Clutch pistons and breather cap from your original unit
⚠️ Note: Vehicles with component protection will require activation post-installation.
⚠️ Mechatronic fluid required: 1.1L of G004000M2
Installation must be carried out by an experienced technician, including basic settings and DSG adaptations.
