DSG 0AM DQ200 7-Speed Mechatronic Solenoid Mounting Bolts – Audi / SEAT / Skoda / VW
Replacement mounting bolts for securing one bank of solenoids to the valve body on the 0AM / 0CW DQ200 7-speed DSG mechatronic unit. These bolts are a consumable when rebuilding the mechatronic — repeated removal and torquing can deform the bolt threads, preventing the solenoids from seating correctly and risking hydraulic leaks at the solenoid base.

Why should solenoid mounting bolts be replaced during a DQ200 rebuild?
The solenoid mounting bolts on the 0AM valve body are torque-to-yield fasteners that may stretch or deform after repeated removal. Using compromised bolts risks the solenoids working loose under hydraulic pressure, causing leaks and hydraulic faults to return after the rebuild. Replacing them as standard practice avoids a comeback.
How many solenoids does the 0AM DQ200 mechatronic have?
The 0AM DQ200 mechatronic valve body contains multiple solenoids arranged in two banks. This bolt set covers mounting bolts for one bank. The exact number of bolts required depends on which solenoid bank is being replaced — contact us if you need bolts for both banks.
Does this part fit the 0CW version of the DQ200?
Yes — the solenoid mounting bolt pattern is identical between the 0AM and 0CW DQ200 mechatronic variants.
Are these standard hex bolts or a special type?
These are the correct specification mounting bolts for the 0AM DQ200 solenoid valve body. Using incorrect bolt grades or non-specification bolts risks hydraulic leaks and solenoid mismounting on the 0AM.
