About the 159

The Alfa Romeo 159 (Type 939) is a handsome compact executive saloon and Sportwagon estate, built from 2005 to 2011. For its manual transmission, Eco Torque stocks a deep M32 six-speed gearbox range – synchromesh hubs and rings, gears and shafts, bearings, bearing & seal rebuild kits, uprated end cases and housings, differentials, seals and shims – along with selected parts for the heavier-duty F40 six-speed box.

The Alfa Romeo 159 was fitted with two six-speed manual gearboxes: the Fiat/GM M32 on the 1.9-litre engines and the stronger F40 on higher-torque units such as the 2.2 JTS and 2.4 JTDM.
