About the 147

The Alfa Romeo 147 (Type 937) is a compact family hatchback – Alfa's stylish Golf-sized rival built from 2000 to 2010 in three- and five-door forms. For its manual transmission, Eco Torque stocks a strong M32 six-speed gearbox range: synchromesh hubs and rings, gears and shafts, bearings, bearing & seal rebuild kits, uprated end cases and housings, differentials, seals and shims, along with Selespeed actuator fluid for the automated-manual cars.

The Alfa Romeo 147's 1.9 16v JTDM diesels were fitted with the Fiat/GM M32 six-speed manual gearbox; earlier and petrol engines ran five-speed manuals, and some cars used Alfa's Selespeed automated-manual system on the same box.
