UK delivery — parts we hold in stock

Ordered before 2pm on a working day, these are dispatched the same day by express courier and normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is included in the price for most UK addresses.

Remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland

Orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail at no extra charge anywhere we deliver. Heavier or higher-value orders go by DHL Express, and DHL's remote area charge applies to certain Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes — it is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands carry a delivery charge shown at checkout. Orders over 30kg go by pallet to the UK mainland only. A large part of our range is held by our supplier in Germany rather than on our own shelves. We order these in for you as soon as you place the order. Nothing ships to you direct from Germany — it comes to our Arlesey workshop first, so you deal only with us for returns and warranty.

Audi 0CK DL382 Transmission Filter & DCT-LV Oil Service Kit – Ravenol

A precision service kit for the DL382 (0CK) 7-speed wet-clutch automatic gearbox, using Ravenol DCT-LV low-viscosity fluid. Includes the updated Hengst filter/pan assembly, secondary filter, and sump gasket — matched with Ravenol's DCT-LV specification for improved thermal performance and fuel economy.

Kit includes:

  • Hengst hydraulic filter & pan assembly (1212107004)
  • Mahle/Mann secondary filter (T312941A)
  • Transmission sump gasket (0CK325201D)
  • Ravenol DCT-LV fluid (4L)

Fits transmission: DL382 / 0CK 7-speed wet-clutch automatic

Compatible vehicles: Audi A4 (B8/B9), A5 (8T/F5), A6 (C7), A7, Q5 (8R/FY) — 2013 onwards

What is Ravenol DCT-LV and when should it be used?

Ravenol DCT-LV is a low-viscosity DCT fluid designed for later production DL382 units that specify a lower viscosity grade. It offers improved flow at low temperatures and better fuel efficiency versus standard DCT fluid. Confirm your vehicle's exact specification before ordering.

How does ETB2940G differ from ETB2940E?

ETB2940G uses Ravenol DCT-LV low-viscosity fluid instead of standard Ravenol DCT/DSG fluid. It also uses the updated Hengst filter assembly (1212107004 vs 1212106004). Suitable for later 0CK variants that specify the LV grade.

Does this kit include the rear section oil?

No — this kit covers the front hydraulic section only. For a complete dual-section service including the rear 70W oil, see ETB2940F or ETB2940H.

What causes the DL382 filter to fail prematurely?

Extended service intervals, use of incorrect fluid, or contamination from worn internal components can block the filter prematurely, causing pressure drops and erratic shifting. Following the Audi-recommended service interval prevents most filter-related issues.
